Shipping
We ship worldwide via Swiss Post Economy.
Tracking is not included by default. If you need it, add an order note during checkout. We will email you with further instructions/costs.
Before ordering, ensure Swiss Post is currently delivering to your country. If an order is blocked (e.g., local taxes or regional restrictions), additional fees may apply.
Undeliverable Order
Please double check your address. We ship exactly to the address you provide on the checkout page. If the package is returned to us, we will send you an email. In that case you need to pay shipping and payment fees again.
Returns & Cancellations
We are a small non-profit operation. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. We describe every item as accurately as possible: if you have specific questions, please ask before buying.
Disclaimer
Once the full payment is received and the package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. Items remain our property until paid in full. Any legal disputes are governed exclusively by Swiss Law.
